General Conditions for Paper Acceptance

1. Originality and Relevance: The research must be original and directly relevant to one of the announced conference themes.

2. Scientific Methodology: Rigorous adherence to scientific research methodology in presentation and analysis is required.

3. Referencing: All references and sources must be properly and academically cited within the text and in the bibliography.

Paper Formatting Specifications:

Submission Requirements and General Format:

First: The Abstract: Must not exceed 250 words. Must be accompanied by a list of keywords.

Second: Page Margins:

· Set to 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides (Top, Bottom, Right, and Left).

Third: Fonts and Spacing:

· For Arabic Language Papers: Font: Simplified Arabic · Body Text Size: 12 pt. Main Headings Size: 14 pt.

· For English Language Papers: Font: Times New Roman · Body Text Size: 12 pt.

Main Headings Size: 14 pt.

Universal for All Papers: Caption font size within Figures, Images, and Tables: 10 pt. – Line Spacing: 1.5 lines.

· Accepted Languages: Papers and abstracts are accepted in both Arabic and English.

· Author Information: The first page must include: Full names of all authors. Institutional affiliation (University or Organization), Phone number and email address for each author.

· Page Limit: The full paper must not exceed 25 pages.
